'Toyota' managed the finances within the Durán Ibargüen drug trafficking organization, coordinated everything related to production and shipping to Central America, as well as having ties to cartels in Mexico and Guatemala. His nickname in the criminal world has to do with the fact that his organization's shipments were marked with the logo of the car brand 'Toyota'. He is required by a Federal Court of the Middle District of Florida for drug trafficking crimes.

Alonso Acosta Serna, also known as 'Beto', was accused of being an emissary between drug trafficking organizations in Colombia with Mexican and Guatemalan cartels, specifically the one in Sinaloa, today led by the sons of Chapo Guzmán and the top kingpin, Ismael 'El Mayo' Zambada. For that reason, the ‘Gaitanist Self-Defense Forces of Colombia’ and the Colombian army joined forces together to attempt to assassinate the sources who gave those coordinates to @hackerFiscalia. Obviously, they wanted to keep it secret as much as possible, to avoid exposing two former presidents and the former commander general of the Colombian army, having strong ties with the kingpin, ‘Otoniel’.

Former Colombian president Alvaro Uribe Velez also sent 10 tons of Cocaine to the Sinaloa Cartel in 2007 and he still is today untouchable by Colombian justice. The other son of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, Jesus Alfredo Guzman Salazar was the supervisor in Colombia of that specific shipment.

@hackerFiscalia also filed a report to the current Attorney General’s Office about two high key people in the Colombian-US drug trafficking industry and both have been killed.

Luis Horacio Escobar Saldarriaga, also known as ‘The invisible octopus’, was shot with two bullets in the neck and one in the head. He was a drug trafficker partner of former president Álvaro Uribe Vélez.

The other person Claudio Javier Silva Otálora was shot with a rifle. He was an associate who did money laundering from Julio Alberto Lozano Pirateque, a kingpin associated with Fernando Sanclemente Alzate, former director of the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority, also known as ‘Aerocivil’, and former Colombian ambassador in Uruguay. Sanclemente is very close to former president Álvaro Uribe Vélez.

There is not an accountable Attorney General today in Colombia, since Francisco Barbosa, is an ally of former president Álvaro Uribe Vélez.

There is no judicial independence, and this case was denounced to the United Nations, by the Switzerland NGO Maloca International, from where @hackerFiscalia belongs, as a civil society representative in New York.

Crimes of Federico Gutierrez

Additionally, the money from Fico's campaign is monitored by public accountant Carlos Álvarez Luna, also an accountant for the Democratic Center (Centro Democrático).

On the other hand, Luis Felipe Henao, former Minister of Housing, is now head of debate for Federico Gutiérrez. Henao was a close friend of the drug trafficker alias “Ñeñe Hernández”.

In addition to its close relationship with drug trafficking, Henao is also characterized by inaugurating non-existent works such as the Pueblo Viejo, Aracataca, Concordia, Tasajera and other aqueducts, which were intended to be inaugurated as large infrastructure works, when they were really useless and represent a great loss. for those populations.

As for the relationship with Ñeñe Hernández, it is no secret to anyone that Henao favored several of the businesses of both the corrupt Clans that also support Fico, as well as the companies that would be a front for dark businesses, as justice has proven.

Crimes of Sergio Fajardo

Conspiracy to commit a crime, because he knew, maintained, and did not oppose the hiring of the powerful paramilitary narco Francisco Angulo Osorio for the Hidroituango project. Fajardo as governor of Antioquia had a clear responsibility for the territorial jurisdiction that he represented. Today Francisco is sentenced to 30 years in prison.

On June 28, 2012, a contract was signed in the name of the powerful drug trafficker Francisco Angulo Osorio and the legal representative of the Ituango Fishmonger Consortium Ricardo López Lombana, who at the time the contract was signed represented the large companies TOPCO SA, MINCIVIL SA, and SP EXPLANACIONES SA, concessionaires of the Hidroituango project.

The purpose of the contract was the conditioning of several lots on a drug trafficker's farm, located in the Santa Gertrudis village in San Andrés de Cuérquia, through leftover materials from the excavation of a tunnel from a Hidroituango work.

López Lombana, manager of the Pescadero Consortium, was given the sum of 258,200 million pesos for the Hidroituango project, whose partners at that time were the Government of Antioquia, the Public Companies of Medellín, and the Institute for the Development of Antioquia. At the time the contract was signed, the governor was Sergio Fajardo and the manager of the Hidroituango company was Luis Guillermo Gómez Atehortúa and his concessionaire Ricardo López Lombana.

For that tunnel, some deposits were built whose surplus material was given to the drug trafficker Francisco Angulo, violating environmental regulations and forgetting that, by giving the contract to a drug trafficker, there could be an extinction of ownership over these lands. For this reason, the environmental agency ANLA proceeded on September 27, 2012, to order the suspension of the construction of the tunnel and the activity in the deposits. The contract with Hidroituango was so related that for this reason, they had to paralyze several works on the project.

Who should have known about the existence of this contract apart from Sergio Fajardo?

A request dated November 13, 2012 in the framework of the administrative procedure shows that the main lawyer of EPM Jesús Ignacio Mejía was aware of the contract and that copies were sent to:

​Luis Javier Vélez Duque, Manager of EPM Ituango;

Jhon Alberto Maya Salazar, Hidroituango Manager;

Alejandro González Valencia, director Corantioquia and

Liliana Andrea López Noreña Tahamíes Territorial Director.

There was an important decision by the ANLA on the environmental licensing of Hidroituango that reached the Government of Antioquia de Fajardo on August 22, 2013, in which reference is made to the contracts signed between the legal representative of the 'Pescadero consortium' Ricardo López and Messrs. Martín Herrera Quintero and Francisco Angulo Osorio.

This Angulo contract is comparable to that of Memo Fantasma, but much more serious since the main work in the country is at stake here.

According to a court ruling, drug trafficker Francisco Angulo, together with Carlos and Vicente Castaño, planned the 1996 farm massacre in Nechí, Antioquia, on a farm called “Piñal.

In my request for protection of fundamental constitutional rights, are sufficient arguments for the judge to safeguard these fundamental rights under the judicial criteria of objective criticism, considering the documentary and video evidence provided in the corresponding legal action.

Additionally, with this admission of the request action, the act of indictment that the prosecutor's office was planning to carry out will be reviewed to determine if it violated the constitutional rights invoked, a situation that could affect the validity of the prosecutor procedural act.

This is the first unobjectionable and conclusive legal fact directly supported by Marcos Javier Cortes Riveros, a judge of the Republic of Colombia, against this criminal activity that I consider abusive of my fundamental rights to due process and freedom of expression.

This is a judicial decision, the rest are subjective declarations of the lawyer of Judge Carmen Elena Ortiz Rassa who uses the media related to the government which is ruled by Mr. Uribe’s political party, seeking to pressure the justice system, the prosecutor herself, and that has no support from a judge of the Republic of Colombia.

In a logic of equality, the media related to the government should give this judicial decision the same diffusion that they gave to the statements of the lawyer of Judge Carmen Elena Ortiz Rassa, which of course will not happen, since these media are functional to the interests of Mr. Uribe’s political party, that in this electoral season has intensified its persecution and harassment against activists, journalists and anyone who opposes its interests, even in social networks, flagrantly violating freedom of expression.

This persecution will be countered with greater activism, with the persevering exercise of public denunciation and with greater and deeper investigations, and with legal instruments at the national and international level that will make it possible to confront this abusive exercise of power.

Public denunciation through social networks is a national and international right that must be protected against any attempt of censorship and harassment by the Colombian State.

WHAT HAPPENED WHEN AIR CARGO LINES SENT COCAINE TO SPAIN?

Valeriano Daniel: He was the Manager of the Decoexa company and customs agent at the Foronda Airport. In October 2009, Fulgencio Hernán tells Valeriano about the flower import operation and talks about Alonso Urbano.

It is also agreed to dissolve the company FRESH FLOWERS INTERNATIONAL, SL, as well as

as the confiscation of the share capital of 3,006 Euros.
